Q. I am unable to register online, what should I do?
If you are experiencing difficulties during the sign up process please contact our customer service and support department. Due to the efficiency of the service with our banking partners, when you confirm the Send Money Transaction we credit the funds usually within an hour. Should you need to cancel your transaction, you will need to contact us with 60 minutes of sending it. We make no guarantees that we can stop the transaction, but we will make every effort to do so
Q. How long does the transfer take?
P2P Cash processes transactions upon receipt of “good funds” and instructions are sent to our banking partners immediately thereafter. Each credit to partner bank accounts or other disbursement methods are time-stamped upon arrival providing complete transparency in the process. According to USA laws, we are required to provide the expected date of delivery on every booked transfer. Transfers at most can take up to three(3) days
